Yes, we are a private tour company and so can adjust to any requests from adjusting existing tours to creating your own personalised tour.

Yes, you will be given contact details for your guide at the booking and the start of the tour.

This will depend on the tour, or activities requested. If you have added manmade beach at Southbank, Gold/Sunshine coast beaches or natural water holes to your tour. It is strongly suggested you may need these items.

Individual pricing will be quoted for different tours and the number of travellers, but it would be an advantage to spread the cost – the more the merrier.

This will depend on the tour, one of the suggested tours will have allocated time – but we are a private tour company, so any tour can be personalised if you need more free time.

Australian dollars are the local currency, and travel cards, Australian notes without too much cash is always acceptable. Eftpos and credit cards are all so accepted in most retailers if needed

Up to 7 days from the booking would be acceptable for a refund. Notice to cancel giving less than 7 days from the booking could incur a cancellation fee.
